SHIPPING POLICY

Welcome to APHRODITE's Shipping Policy! We strive to ensure your gifts reach you in a timely manner, packaged securely and with reasonable costs. Our aim is to build trust and loyalty by providing transparent and straightforward shipping information. We want you to stay loyal and be confident in shopping with us!

We typically ship within 24 hours. Refer to the FedEx transit time map here to estimate delivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns

Kindly note that all orders are considered final sales and are non-refundable. After 2019 and COVID-19 hit, we started taking serious responsibility regarding health and making sure our customers are receiving brand-new products, never been used or tried on. Upon receiving your order, we recommend thoroughly inspecting it. If you encounter any issues such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@aphroditegifts.com within 48 hours. We will promptly assess the situation and take the necessary steps to rectify any concerns

Returned Shipments

If your order is returned back to us as undeliverable, we are happy to reship your gifts after you are notified through email that we have received your order because it wasn't delivered to your address for many reasons such as ( not picked up, declined by the recipient, or invalid address) Once you provide us with the updated and valid mailing address, we will repackage the order if the exterior packaging got damage, and repackage it with new and neat box. The fee to do this process and send the package again to the buyer is $15 plus the actual cost of the postage. The package will be shipped again once you receive the invoice via email and pay for it.  If the invoice is not being paid within a week of the day sent, the package will be considered unclaimed and it will be the property of Aphrodite's Gift shop. If Aphrodite doesn't hear back from the buyer after 10 days of notifying the buyer, no refunds or credits will be issued.

Unclaimed Shipments

Aphrodite is not responsible for unclaimed packages by the buyer and the shop will not issue refunds nor store credits for any unclaimed packages. 

A PO Box Shipping

Aphrodite is not accepting orders destined for PO boxes because FedEx is not able to deliver to PO boxes. if Aphrodite gets an order destined to a PO box address, this order will automatically be canceled and a full refund will be issued.

Delivery to Hotels

please note that Aphrodite cannot be held responsible for welcome gifts once they have been delivered and acknowledged by hotel staff. It is the hotel personnel’s duty to inform guests about any gifts awaiting them at the front desk or to personally present the gift to the guest. Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds for packages that have been accepted by the hotel staff.

Additionally, Aphrodite cannot assume responsibility for unclaimed packages. Familiarize yourself with the hotel’s policies regarding welcome gifts and any associated fees that may apply. Please be aware that The Artisan Gift Boxes does not handle the delivery of welcome gifts to guest rooms.
